Cansaf Creative Teaming - Booking Conditions

30% deposit is required to confirm bookings, payable to your travel agent.

All safaris must be paid in full to the agent 30 days prior to date of departure.

Cancellation received 30 - 60 days prior to date of departure = loss of 50% deposit

Cancellation received less than 30 days prior to date of departure = 100% loss of total payment.

Method of Payment
Any of the following payment methods are accepted, namely: Bank guaranteed cheque, direct bank transfer, confirmed and cleared bank deposit or cash With a credit card via our secure online page

All safaris EXCLUDE National Parks Fees which are payable directly on day of travel.

Cancellation Fees
30% of the quoted amount on confirmation. 50% of the quoted amount 14 days in advance. 100% of the quoted amount on the day of departure
