 Teams are pitted against each other in a contest of discovery in an "Amazing Race" style adventure. The teams never know where they are going next or what they will have to do once they get there. Each team's relationship will be forever impacted by their experience in this once-in-a-lifetime teambuild. At each destination, the teams will have to solve some small mystery or compete in a series of tasks, mental or physical before learning their next destination.
Teams are forced to rely on their wit and ingenuity, crisis management, decision-making, lateral thinking, problem solving and communication fuelled by initiative and desperation not to finish last. Some of the programme's events may include visiting a cultural village, undertaking tasks in the museum, bargaining for goods and completing crosswords, whilst following a trail of clues in order to finish their programmes.Each task is designed to be fun, entertaining and educational whilst giving groups a sense of camaraderie and achievement whilst adding a small, but necessary element of competitiveness.
