Group Incentive Culture Teambuild ChallengeA teaming experience at Chief Mukuni's village whereby teams would pit their wits against each other whilst experiencing the cultural aspect of the village. They could participate in milking goats, grinding peanuts, enjoying a friendly game of soccer with the local children of the village, complete crosswords whose answers require interaction with the villagers.

Group Incentive Culture Teambuild ChallengeThe group will be transferred from the hotel to Mukuni Village for a formal meeting with the Village Elder. This would take place at the entrance to Chief Mukuni's Palace. The Village Elder will give an introductory and welcome talk to the group including a formal greeting from the Chief. This introductory talk will give a brief synopsis of the history of the village, its population, as well as information on the entire area of the Mukuni Kingdom (which extends for over 100km)

Informative Cultural and Teambuild at Chief Makuni's Village at Victoria FallsIf the resident chief is available, she will be introduced to the group. From here it would be possible to show the entire group the courtroom as well as the jail cells where previous members of the group have been incarcerated. A possible inclusion would be a meeting between a 'David Livingstone' and the chief beneath the village tree, as they did 150 years previously in 1855.

Informative Cultural and Teambuild at Chief Makuni's Village at Victoria FallsWe suggest that we split the group into even smaller groups for the traditional "village life" exercises. These groups could rotate every 30 minutes. By doing this, the group gets a focused understanding of what the village and its culture is all about.
