Steam Train Bridge Run & Village Dinner
For a dinner with a difference, start the evening with a Sunset Bridge Run on a beautifully restored 1922 class 12 steam locomotive. Passengers are attended to by fully liveried waiters in keeping with the traditions of times gone by, allowing you to enjoy drinks and snacks as you sit in the comfort of the lounge car during the short journey to the Bridge.
Once on this historic landmark, completed in 1905, the train will stop for half an hour or so, providing ideal photographic opportunities of the train and the Falls.

The train will return back into Livingstone and will stop outside Gwembe Village. Flares, lanterns and bonfires light your way into the village, whilst African Warriors greet you with songs of welcome as you dance your way into the village for an African Extravanganza.
A traditional meal will be served, as you enjoy entertainment from Makishi Dancers, Shangaan Warriors and a Marimba Band, or simply browse the curio market, visit the face painter, hair braider or resident Sangoma. At the end of the evening you will be transferred by road back to the Hotel.
